Picnic Park Mall ("we", "us", "our") is an online marketplace operated in Zimbabwe. These Terms govern your use of our website, mobile application, and all related services. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Zimbabwean law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@picnicparkmall.co.zw if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Order acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
• Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD or ZiG as selected. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
• Payment methods: We accept EcoCash, OneMoney, Zipit, and bank transfers. Payment must be completed before dispatch.
• ZiG rate: The ZiG/USD conversion rate is updated periodically and is displayed at checkout. The USD amount prevails in case of disputes.
• Invoice: An order confirmation email is sent upon successful payment. This serves as your receipt.

• We deliver to all 10 provinces of Zimbabwe: Harare, Bulawayo, Manicaland, Mashonaland Central, Mashonaland East, Mashonaland West, Masvingo, Matabeleland North, Matabeleland South, and Midlands.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or carrier delays.
• Harare Metro deliveries are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Provincial deliveries may take 3–7 business days.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $50.

• Return window: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, digital products, personal hygiene items, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
• Process: Contact us at support@picnicparkmall.co.zw with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. EcoCash/OneMoney refunds may be processed as store credit at our discretion.
• Damaged goods: If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Your privacy is important to us. This section summarises how we handle your data.

• Data collected: Name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order history.
• Purpose: To process orders, send order updates, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
• Sharing: We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with delivery partners and payment processors as necessary to fulfil your order.
• Security: We use industry-standard encryption and secure storage. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain your session and shopping cart. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect functionality.
• Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
• Retention: We retain order data for 7 years as required by Zimbabwean tax law.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Zimbabwean law.
• Submit fraudulent orders or payment information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content.
• Resell products purchased at promotional prices without our consent.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law:

• Picnic Park Mall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.
• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harare, Zimbabwe.
